Aeterna Training Academy teaches responsible firearm ownership through disciplined, repetition-based instruction — from a first-time owner's first trigger pull to advanced defensive proficiency.
Aeterna Training Academy was founded on a simple premise: a firearm is a tool that demands competence, and competence is built through structured, honest repetition — not bravado.
Every course begins with safety and mechanics before anything else. Students progress at their own pace through fundamentals, defensive skills, and scenario-based training, always under direct instruction.
Each level builds directly on the last. New shooters start at Foundations; experienced owners can test into a later level after a skills check with an instructor.
Firearm safety, nomenclature, and stance and grip fundamentals. Built for first-time owners and anyone who wants to rebuild good habits from the ground up.
Draw from a holster, multiple-target transitions, and decision-making under time pressure. Requires Foundations or an instructor skills check.
Movement, low-light drills, and scenario-based decision training. For students who have completed Defensive Handgun and want to sharpen real-world readiness.
State-aligned classroom and range instruction for a concealed carry permit application, covering law, safe storage, and carry practices.
A relaxed, no-pressure introduction to firearm handling and safety in a small group setting, taught by a female instructor on request.
Fully customized private sessions at any level — ideal for focused skill-building, new-firearm familiarization, or accelerated pacing.

I'd never touched a handgun before Foundations. By the end of the day I understood exactly why every rule existed — nothing felt arbitrary.
The pacing respected where I actually was, not where the instructor assumed I'd be. That made all the difference.
Small class sizes meant real correction on every single repetition. Worth every session.
